Captain Minimum Requirements: 

• 7,000 total flying hours
• 3,000 hours on jet aircraft with a max take-off weight of >30,000 kg
• 2,000 PIC hours on A320
• Last flown on A320 within 8 months

First Officer Minimum Requirements:

• 1,500 total flying hours on turbine engine aircraft with a maximum take-off weight greater than 20,000 kg
• 250 total hours on A320
• 40 years at the start of contract 
• Last flown on A320 within 8 months
