Seeking A320 Captains for Jetstar Pacific 

Immediate Start Dates!! 

FCI is pleased to announce that Jetstar Pacific are now hiring A320 Captains that are looking to become an LTC, TRI OR TRE.  Eligible for upgrades after 6 months with the airline!!!!!

Flexible Commuting Rosters:


  • 3 weeks on / 1 week off
  • 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  • 9 Weeks on/ 3 weeks off



Cap't Year 1 $11,570 – Cap't Year 2 $11,570 – Cap't Year 3 $11,847 – Cap't Year 4 $12,123 – Cap't Year 5 $12,400 – Cap't Year 6 $12,677, Cap't Year 7 $12,954         Cap't Year 8+ $13,230

PLUS AN EXTRA - USD $10,080 EACH YEAR - "Days Unavailable for Duty "Bank". During the contract term, you will be entitled to receive this money and use it as you see fit. i.e. commuting, school, sick days or for any other personal reasons, subject to approval by Jetstar Pacific.

The bank has a maximum of 12 months per annum, and the value of each months is USD $840.

INSTRUCTOR ALLOWANCE – Additional Monthly Payment

Aircraft Instructor Pilot: USD $750/month

Designated Check Airman: USD $1,500/month

Designated Pilot Examiner: USD $2,500/month

Project / Management Pilot: USD $500/month

World class medical!!! No Bond !!! 2 year renewable Contract!!! 

Captain Minimum Requirements

  • A320 Type rating
  • 3,500 total flying hours
  • 1,500 total PIC hours 
  • 500 PIC hours on type
  • Last PIC flight on type in the last 12 month
