CRM Instructor Training The ITS CRMI course has been approved by the UK CAA and our training courses are fully JAR & FAA compliant. We currently have in excess of 300 clients in more than 60 countries worldwide, and we are one of the largest independent CRM specialist-training organisations in the world. We run a 5-day open course for those instructors who are already familiar with CRM. The courses are intensive and each instructor will be required to prepare and deliver three CRM sessions to the group; the presentations may be recorded and played back for de-brief. At the end of the course each instructor will be issued with a certificate. We always assume that instructors joining our courses already have classroom instructional skills.
