An Introduction to Event Management – 2nd December 2009

 ventura-logo-final Ventura Training has designed a new suite of training programmes focusing on the conference and events industry which allows delegates to ‘mix and match’ which modules they wish to study.  The programmes are ideal for anyone who is looking to work in the events sector or those who are required to manage, co-ordinate or arrange events as part of their current role.  The Modules:   Event Management Health, Safety & Risk Assessment Event Marketing & Promotion Financial Planning & Budget Management Human Resource Planning for Events Managing Successful Conferences   MODULE 1 - EVENT MANAGEMENT:  The course will be delivered by event professionals who have years of experience in the events sector both in the UK and overseas.   The sessions are interactive and informative and the first module, Event Management, will cover the following: Creating your event     Making your event memorable Producing an effective planning schedule       Legislation Event set-up/close-down                    Evaulation & feedback The duration of each module is one day and the course fee is £125 (+vat) per delegate.   The course includes folder, course notes, provision of trainers/speakers, tea/coffee, light lunch and training provider certificate of attendance.
